Shipping policy

MANII currently ships within Australia only.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase.  Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or promotional periods. 

Once dispatched, tracking will be sent via email.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing (however may take longer depending on your location).

Express delivery typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing. 

Free shipping applies if your order meets the advertised threshold.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information at admin@manii.com.au so we can work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. 

MANII is not responsible for incorrect addresses or parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
